At NF Wood Designs, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every handmade product we create. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Custom Orders Because custom and personalized orders are made specifically for you they are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you including return shipping.
